All orders are couriered using standard shipping and will be processed within 5 business days.
The courier will take between 2-3 days to deliver your order. Couriers may take up to four days for outlying areas.
During peak seasons the delays can be a lot longer and we urge you to consider this when placing an order.
We offer a door-to-door delivery service. We’re open to offer express shipping at an additional cost.
As soon as your order has been sent we will email you your tracking number.
Please allow an additional 10-15 working days for our made to order product.
Orders containing both made to order and other items will be delivered together.
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
While we do everything, we can ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
All orders sent require a signature on delivery.
MIMOSA LIFESTYLE CO will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and MIMOSA LIFESTYLE CO will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
Unfortunately, your order is not able to be delivered on a public holiday. If your order is placed on a Public Holiday, it will not be processed and despatched until the next business day.
During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
